FS: 2000 Ford Focus Rally Car

The time has come for Tbr motorsports to sell our beloved Focus rally car. A massive amount of time and improvements have gone into the car over the years, but we are ready for the next step (this will be announced in the new year). Car will be available after the Big White Winter Rally. Below is the information about the car and what is included;

This car has proven to be very competitive in open 2 wheel, reaching several podiums both Nationally and Regionally.

2000 Ford Focus shell
Engine
2.0L ford Zetec DOHC
- MSD ignition (Coil pack and wires) – April 2017
- Comp Cams Z281 – Severe street/competition cam shafts
- Adjustable Cam gears
- AEM Intake with dry flow filter
- Top Speed intake manifold
- competition engine mounts
- Custom fabricated catch/vent can

Electronics/Tuning
- Custom OEM Lightened wiring Harness
- Stock ECU chipped and tuned

Tranmission
- shortened MTX75 gear box (Mfactory 3/4/5 gears) and Kaaz limited slip differential – August 2017
- Mfactory 4.75 final drive
- Exedy high performance sprung 4 puck clutch - Aug 2017

Suspension
- Custom fabricated Proflex evo2 45mm suspension with external reservoirs (all 4 coil oil overs). Reservoirs all routed inside car for protection and ease of adjustment. – rebuilt August 2017
- strut towers all reinforced and tied into cage to handle additional stress from coil overs vs. spring/shock
- 2 spare sets of suspension – 1 set of hotbits adjustable fronts non-adjustable rears, 1 set of hotbits front and ksport rear non-adjustable (could use rebuild)
- Both spares are coil over front and spring/shock rear

Exhaust
- high flow header with heat wrap
- 2.5” exhaust from header back
- high flow cat
- magnaflo high flow muffler – Nov 2016

Brakes
- SVT rear brake set up – new rotors/pads August 2017 (with full spares)
- front 05 calipers and rotors – new rotors/pads August 2017 (with full spares)
- Subaru master cylinder

Fuel system
- Radium engineering high flow 10 micron stainless fuel filter
- Radium engineering finned cooling system
- braided lines
- Aircraft grade fittings. – all of the above August 2017

Interior
- True Steeda Short shift kit with weighted shift knob – August 2017
- raised shifter base 5.5” for shorter wheel to shifter distance (sits like sequential shifter) – August 2017
- Lightened Heater Box (works excellent)
- OMP WRC winged drivers/Sparco Evo wrap around seats, good until 2018
- OMP rally steering wheel
- hydraulic hand brake (Ksport handle with new lines and upgraded Wilwood cylinder)
- seat belts valid until 2019

Exterior
- 2 sets of 6 rally wheels (6 Team Dynamics in black and 6 revolution in white) – revolutions are larger offset required for clearing proflex suspension in rear. Spacers included for when using team dynamics
- will include 4 used rally gravel rally tires (option to purchase more)
- will include 4 used studded winter tires (option to purchase more)
- Full Underbody protection with custom countersunk mounting system (no ripping heads off)
- Aluminum skid plate
- carbon fiber trunk with WRC wing
- carbon fiber hood with pod mounting hardware and hood pins
- lexan windows with custom sliders
- indestructible complete body kit
- light pod set up (4 HID)
- HID headlights
- roof vent

Structural
- Cage tied to Front and rear Strut Tower – reinforced August 2017
- complete shell re-prepped and seam welded 2015

Other/misc
- newer control arms Top spec Moog (w/ full set of spares)
¬- new inner and outer tie rods 2 rallies (with spares)
- new steering rack including pump – August 2017
- adjustable rear toe arms 2 events
- relocated battery – behind driver
- pin stands
- several gopro mounts

Extensive Spares package
- complete engine
- every available panel (hood/hatch/fenders/bumpers/doors/mirrors/headlights)
- brand new drive shafts (both sides)
- brand new control arms (4 corners)
- brand new tie rods
- brand new ball joints
- full brake set with multiple pads (new/used)
- Coils/Plugs/Wires
- Several other misc spares

Frankly, this is possibly the most over built entry/mid level rally car on the market, with a great spares package to help if you go off. There has been no expense spared on this car. The car runs top spec AMSoil fluids and has been completely gone through and extremely well maintained after each and every event.
