Who could these ppl be?  :D

Erik and Neil put together a good display along with Shawn who brought out the Display.

The poster promoting the club was very cool!

There were also quite a few folks that came out as well to man the booth promoting the club.
Spencer
Tracy
A couple more people (sorry I forgot your names)

Thanks, though I was a bit sick so I didn't take as many as I wanted to :(

On top of that I didn't bring a tripod to take better pictures....

Cool, I was told yesterday that supposedly my P1 Suzuki Swift was supposed to be there?  :?

Mark, unfortunatley it appears there were some technical difficulties since Neil ended up stuck in... somewhere out East (lol) and Eric had to take over the show.  This is an interesting coincedence, because my Turbo Firefly (also red, looks exactly the same as your Swift) was supposed to be in there. Hmmm...

That's a misunderstading RSX, your p1 car was never submitted as one of the final selections for a rally car for the show.

It was only HiTempguy's car that was supposed to be there but wasn't. Unfortunately, I only got contact with him late night on Thursday (message on my machine when I got home after set up was done), so it wasn't possible to get his car in.

Having taken over the contact/coordination info from Neil, I sort of dangerously assumed people who's cars were in the show knew about it. I know Neil did try to call/email everyone on the list, and was only able to email HiTempGuy. Turn's out everyone was aware if their car was in, and when to be there to get inside the round up center; except unfortunately for HiTemp. I know Neil had tried to get him to call me regarding the show, but Thursday was a bit late for that.

There was also a mail out from the World of Wheels to all the exhibitor cars with all the neccessary info for set up etc, but for some reason the address submitted for HiTempguy was incorrect, so the mail out never got to him. Where that error came from I'm not sure.

The bottom line is that if you want to get your car in the show, that's awesome. Let the coordinators know, and there's a good chance you'll get selected. But if at any point you're unsure about what's going on or whether you were selected, phone/email/ask someone!

We're only going to do so much to chase everyone down.

Eric, I just want to let you know that by my post I wasn't saying anything AGAINST your organization skills (or Neil's either).  Things happen, it just sounded odd that both cars had been missed (which we now understand is not the case). ;) Still wish I would have gotten a chance to hang out with you guys longer, but thems the breaks.
