Talked with one of the developers recently, there's still a couple hurdles to be jumped. Most recently they got permission to remove the pipeline that runs through the site, so I imagine that'll get pulled out ASAP. Sounded like they would be breaking ground late summer/fall next year, but of course things change and it could go either way.

Some positive news that I did hear is that everything that could stop the project from being completed (land permits, noise concerns, etc) have been finalized and what's left is essentially the "minor stuff" (excepting the actual paving and whatnot). Getting investors to commit sounds like its going well too.
