Dumb question re: CARS

I was looking around online last night and I couldn't find a web page that explicitly stated this.  Is the Calgary Sports Car Club considered an "official" affiliate of CARS?

The reason why I ask is that Subaru is offering a rebate of $750 on new cars for members of CARS affiliated clubs.  Not looking to buy anytime soon but was curious if I qualified.

I beleive there is a requirement to have been a member of the club for a minimum of a year.

first time this was done I think even the dealers were sending people to get club memberships so they could get the rebate... kinda goes against the principle of being a reward for club members.

We'd have to check to be sure, but I would guess that membership in any other CARS affiliated club would count as well.
