The cost to us for renting the track is $1,500.00 15 people maximum is $100.00 each. Under normal circumstances this amount is payable in full when the track is booked, however I have managed to change that to 30% so I need $40.00 per person to book.

If you want to do this I will need your cheque by the 30th September. After that time they will not hold the booking. THIS IS NOT A LAST MINUTE KEEP MY OPTIONS OPEN EVENT.

So if you guys are interested get your cheque books out and tell others.

Cheques should be sent to me and made payable to the RDSCC. Please reply to this email indicating that your cheque is in the post.

Yeah, Kind of.
I guess when the time nears, I would bump this again if there are any last minute cancellations.

There is a second track day at stratotech on the 28th of August. As far as I know that one is not full yet. E-mail Terry (EVOTELL) at terry1111111johns1111(AT)1111shaw111.ca  (without all the 1's) for more info.
