Competitors,

Similar to last year there are several Solo Sprint Volunteer roles that need to be filled to help in the smooth operation of the series.  Typically, each role has a small time commitment, the extra help is appreciated.

If we sell out the series, additional priority will be given to those who volunteer to help out.

The roles are first come first serve.

If interested, please reply to this post stating which job you wish to take.

Volunteer Jobs:

Photo Manager – Coordinate collecting photo CDs, emailed pictures and finally post the pictures. 

Catering Manager - Cater snacks and beverages for corner marshals and the volunteers.

Track Equipment Manager – Track set-up and tear down – mainly safety equipment (fire extinguishers, radios and cones etc.)

Trash Manager – Keep the track clean on an ongoing basis and the final clean-up of the Hot Pits at the end of the day.  This does not include clean-up of spills; typically these clean-ups require a team effort. 

Facebook Manager - If you are a facebook meister this is a job for you! 

Competitor Assistant – Help manage competitors accessing the track.  This role is an assistant role reporting to the Competitor Logistics Manager (Thanks for your support Gary!).  There will be two Competitor Assistant roles this year.

Car Grouping Coordinator – Help organize/mark/group cars.

Log book administrator- Print labels and help manage log books, work closely with the Solo Sprint Director.

Solo Sprint Treasurer – Be part of the Solo Sprint Committee!  Help manage the budget and pay the bills.  Accounting/business experience required, candidate must pass an interview process with current incumbent and Solo Sprint Director.

*If you cannot make all of the events it is your responsibility to find someone to complete your tasks.
